Other online shopping sites focus on quantity - selling everything under the sun. At SoftwareProjects, we focus on quality, limiting our inventory to the absolute best products in each category.

When you place an order on SoftwareProjects, we want to make sure you are happy with the products you purchased. Whether you are buying a digital or a physical product, we will keep you updated on the status of your order, every step of the way.

You can always access all your orders, track packages and make changes, under the order lookup page.

SoftwareProjects will never send you an email asking for any sensitive personal information. Below is a list of the messages you can expect to receive from SoftwareProjects, after placing an order:

Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, summarizing the details of your order, total amount charged to your credit card and a unique Order ID.

For digital products, the email will also include an "Access Product" link, providing you with an instant access to download the product you purchased:


In addition to the order confirmation email, we also send a one-time SMS text message to the phone number associated with your account. Example: "CONFIRMATION: Thank you for the order on SoftwareProjects.com today. Need help? Visit us online". If you respond to the SMS text message, you will receive an automated reply with a link to your orders.

Download Reminder

If you purchased a digital product and didn't download it, we will send you a reminder to download the product 3 days after placing your order. This is an important step in fighting fraud and ensuring that you get access to the product you purchased:



Product Review Request

7 days after you purchased a digital product, or 16 days after you purchased a physical product, we will send you a request to review the product and let us know what you think.

Your feedback is very important to us! We aggregate all customer feedback and use it to communicate issues to our suppliers, as well as ensure we always carry the absolute best products in each category.

The email will show a smiley face and angry face. Upon clicking on any one of them, the system will register your overall feedback and redirect you to a 3 step survey, where we ask further details about your product experience:



Recurring subscription billing reminder

Some of the products on SoftwareProjects come with an optional monthly recurring subscription. In order to make sure you are aware of these charges, we will send you a recurring billing reminder, 3 days prior to processing each recurring charge:



The billing reminder is only sent for recurring subscriptions. You can always access your orders on our website and manage your active subscriptions.

Preparing for Shipping

When you place a physical order on SoftwareProjects, it first goes through a series of address verification checks and provisioning. As soon as your order is submitted to the fulfillment house (typically within 8 hours), you will receive this message:



Order Shipped

Once your physical order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email message with a link to track your package with the selected carrier (FedEx, UPS etc.):
