How it works - Our Process

Follow a proven process to get your projects done on time and on budget.

Step 1: Post Your Project Describe what you need. A designated account manager will Analyze your Requirements and ask follow-up questions to ensure we "get it". Step 2: Spec Submitted Within 24 hours you will receive a detailed specification describing our approach to the project, along with exactly how many hours it will take to complete. Step 3: Deadline Set Upon spec approval, your account manager will set a firm deadline for completion of your project. As part of our policy, we pay you 5% for every day your project is late. Step 4: In Production Work is on its way. a web based Project Management system coupled with daily/weekly reports helps you keep track of progress in real time. Step 5: Receive Deliverables Your project has been completed. You will receive an email outlining what was done, attaching deliverables that you requested. You'll be asked to rate our work and confirm you are pleased with the outcome.
