How to: download chargebacks from American ExpressRhonda W, 03-12-2007 |
If you ever need to download a chargeback report from American Express, these are the steps to follow.
1. Login to your merchant American Express account.
2. Click on "resolve complaints".
3. Click "search chargebacks"
4. Select the date range you would like to download chargebacks from.
5. A list of chargebacks for that time period will load.
6. Click on "download list"
7. Select the format you want to save the list in , and save the the file to your computer.
