If you ever need to download chargebacks from Google Checkout, these are the steps to follow.
1. Login to your Google checkout account.
2. Click on "payouts"
3. Click on "export data".
3. Select the date range you would like to view chargebacks from.
4. Click on "export"
5. Select the format you want to use to download the files and save to your computer.
