How to: download chargebacks from Linkpoint.Rhonda W, 03-12-2007 |
If you need to download chargebacks from your Linkpoint account, these are the steps to follow:
1. Login to your Linkpoint account.
2. Click on "reports"
3. Click on "view transactions"
4. Select to view "By Transaction Type And Time"
5. Select a time period range.
6. Click " submit query"
7. All the chargebacks for that time period will be listed.
8. Go to the bottom of the page and click "export all data"
9. Select the format you wish to save the chargebacks in, and save to your computer.
