How to: Download chargebacks from PaypalRhonda W, 03-12-2007 |
If you would like to download the chargebacks for your Paypal account this is what you do:
1. Login to your Paypal account.
2. Click on resolution center
3. click on "download case report"
4. Select the date range for which you want to download chargebacks for. And click "search" This will list all of the chargebacks for that time period.
4. click on "download case report"
5. Select the type of format you would like to down the report to, and click "download case report"
The cases will then download in the selected format and can be saved to your computer.
