MyEmailDesk is fully compatible with the Mac. It's a web-based service, so as long as you can access a browser you'll be able to access the administration console.

You could also just keep using your email client the way you're used to and have MyEmailDesk automatically thread, time and remind you of any open tickets that need your attention.
