How to: Make a payment to SoftwareProjects

SoftwareProjects maintains a running balance of all credits and debits to your account.

Whenever a service is provided to you, it shows up as a "debit" on your account. When you make a payment using one of the acceptable methods, you'll see a "credit" to your account.

Below is a screenshot showing sample SoftwareProjects transactions posted to an account:




SoftwareProjects accepts payments by check, wire transfer or any major credit/debit card. We recommend paying with a credit/debit card - it's the quickest method and it allows us to update your balance immediately.

To pay with a credit card, simply point your browser to: http://www.softwareprojects.com/pay
If requested to login enter your email-address and password that you use to access your SoftwareProjects account. (Forgot password? Click here)

If you would rather pay by check, please make the check payable to 'SoftwareProjects Inc' and mail it to:

Note: If the amount of the check does not exceed $5,000.00 you could also pay by check online by using the pay link above. The system will automatically debit your bank account and you won't have to mail anything out.
