SoftwareProjects architecture supports an open format

When you use SoftwareProjects to manage your online business, you never have to worry about data lockout.

While other Email Marketing, CRM and help-desk systems are 'closed', trying to make it impossible for you to ever switch, SoftwareProjects follows an open format principle. We believe it's your data, you own it and you should be able to download your entire database of customers, transactions, orders, PPC campaigns etc. at any given point in time.

Here's how to easily download your data in CSV / Excel format:

* Customers data:
Click on 'Customer Manager', scroll down and click on 'Export all customers'

* Orders & Transactions data:
Click on 'Orders Manager', scroll down and click on 'Export all orders'

* Products:
Click on 'Product Manager', scroll down and click on 'Export all products'

* Leads:
Click on 'Leads Manager', scroll down and click on 'Export all leads'

Depending on how many records there are in your database, the export process can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. Upon completion you will find the export files under the Reports section
