Connie - welcome to SoftwareProjects!

Under your Settings menu, if you don't have:
* Withdraw
* Guideline for service professionals
* 1099 form

Then your user is probably not configured as a "seller".

Please contact your direct manager and have them mark you as a seller. You will then be able to withdraw funds from your SoftwareProjects account to your bank account.
