If you purchased a Digital product, no need to return it. All we ask is that you delete it from your machine, once your order was canceled and refunded in full.
You must return your physical product. Please contact our customer support for the return address, or lookup your order online
for the return address. DO NOT send the product back to SoftwareProjects main address
, or we will be unable to credit your account. Be sure to get a tracking number.
Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for return shipping fees.
